I might be missing something here. In Global Settings > Chart DOM, the Maximum Volume Bar Width Percentage is set to 90. In an old Trade DOM I built a while ago, the BID/ASK Quantity volume bars appeared at a normal size and were visually clear. However, now that I’m building a Chart DOM, the volume bars are so small that they are practically invisible unless I increase the width to an absurd level. How can I make the Chart DOM Bid/Ask volume bars appear at a normal size instead of being tiny? |

Most likely there is a Market Depth value somewhere that you are not seeing that is much larger than what is present, which is driving the volume bars down in size. To verify this, change the number of levels of Market Depth that are displayed to something about 10 or 20, so you can easily see the entire list. Then see if the volume bars are being drawn as expected or not. Refer to the following to control the number of levels that are displayed for that chart: Chart Settings: Maximum Market Depth Levels (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Market Depth menu) For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
