Timestamps in exported file don't match the chart time

I exported text file for some work with algo, via Edit->Export intraday data to text file. When I compared timestamps from the file with the chart it seems to be way off. For example, in the file it's; 2025/2/28, 00:00:02.733, 2090400.00, 2090400.00, 2090200.00, 2090400.00 However, on the chart(2025/2/28) the price got to '900s late in the evening(my local time), as you can see on the screenshot. The global time zone setting is set to my zone. So what I'm missing here, why it seems to be so much off? I need the time in the file to match with what I'm seeing on the chart, so that I can visually verify did the algo correctly found what I want it to find, but with the time being so much off I'm just getting nonsense results. How to fix this? |

Exporting and Importing Intraday Data Files: Export and Edit The Date and Time for each record in an exported Intraday data text file is always in GMT/UTC time, no matter what the Time Zone setting in Sierra Chart is.

User431178, ya I know, I might be missing something; but if I'm not, then it doesn't explain 9.5 hour difference. I'm GTM+2, but the time is apparently off a lot more than that- cca 9.5 hours as the price reached 2090400.00 around 21:50(as seen on the screenshot), rather than 00:00:02.733, as printed in the file. That's what I don't get. Maybe I'm supposed to export via "Edit >> Export Bar Data to Text File"? I'm using 300 volume candles for this algo experiment, so maybe the above mentioned export method is better than "Export intraday data to text file"? |

Tried downloading Bar Data, that solves the issue. Just for reference, @Sierra support: what's the difference, generally and in usage, between bar data files and intraday data files? |

Bar data exports the actual bar data in the chart. So the data is the Open/High/Low/Close/Volume for each bar. Exporting the Intraday data file exports the entire intraday data file for that symbol, so it gives the Open/High/Low/Close/Volume at the increment in which the data is stored.
