The last time I signed up for Sierra chart I spent a month trying to get help and finally had to cancel my account for your lack of help. I would send a support ticket and get a reply I need to send an email, then it would say I need to send a support ticket, this went on back and forth for a month. I just signed up again and when I open Sierra it says I'm not signed up.

What is saying you are not signed up? The account you have posted from is on the "Integrated Advanced" package for 1 month and has an ending/renewal date of April 17, 2025.

Make sure you are logging into your Sierra Chart software with the correct account. Refer to the following instructions for this:

We cannot say what occurred the past. But one of the items may be that you were sending emails. Emails are processed into Account Support Tickets and are then responded to there. You would then receive a notification stating that there is an updated ticket. Just like you will receive an email regarding this updated Support Thread since we responded to it. In the end, do not send emails. They are a slow process and people get confused. Use this Support Board for your questions, unless they are specifically account related, in which case you would use the Account Support Tickets.
