I'm unable to establish a connection. It is staying in a state of connecting. I even did a restart on computer without success

We need more information. What is not connecting? Are you not able to log into Sierra Chart? Are you logged in and not getting data? Are you not connecting to your trading service?

Are you getting any error messages? What do they state?
