Trading exchange side futures spread issue

I have just tried to enter my first ever futures spread order (exchange recognized) via Sierra. Data is received via Denali, trading is via Interactive Brokers. After setting up the chart and DOM, and clicking to buy a spread in the trading DOM, the error message in the log says: 2025-03-17 13:11:20.186 | Trading message from IB: Error validating request.-'bF' : cause - Missing order exchange. Error Code: 321. ServiceOrderID: 268. InternalOrderID: 599. *

Account: U15XXXXXX3 * I am using a standard ZW contract calendar spread via Denali data, which I found using the Find symbol -> Lookup. Do you have any idea about what could be the issue? You need to enter the "Trade and Current Quote Symbol" for that spread for the Interactive Brokers symbol for the spread. This will be different from what the Denali Exchange Data Feed uses for the spread. Refer to the following: Chart Settings: Trade and Current Quote Symbol (text box) (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol menu) You would need to ask Interactive Brokers for the appropriate symbol.
