good morning, I already searched the support Board for the same subject but did not find something suitable... i followed the instructions for your Post which was done to see more Historical Real Time Data for SPX_CGI. I was using it from back to June 2023. When i go to "Edit = Delete all Data and Download" it still wont get Historical Data. It stays at June 2023. I tried deleting old Chart Data but no success. Also tried updating Symbol Settins from Server. I am using it on 2nd Instance. Datafeed is Denali with CME Bundle and CBOE Global Indeces. Also opening it on the main Instance showed same result. With the INX Data for END of Day it is no problem to get them back to 1980. What am i missing for SPX_CGi? Thanks |

This is all the historical Intraday data available for that symbol. Starting date is 2023-6-1. For longer-term data use a Historical Daily chart for this symbol. i am already using the historical daily chart and it still shows only 2023-6-1. I am aware of that intraday is only going back to 2023-6-1 also I set it to look back to 5 years. Vix is working fine. There i have the data but only SPX is not going back more then 2023-6-1 Date Time Of Last Edit: 2025-03-17 14:42:37

This has been resolved. Go to the historical daily chart for SPX_CGI and: Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download" from the main Sierra Chart menu. You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart. This command is on the main Sierra Chart menu at the top. Only use it from that location.
