Cant connect to rithmic through Topstep

Hi I have set up package 11 and I am trying to connect to Topstep through Rithmic but there is no options for me on the server list to select Rithmic? I can see Rithmic direct on current selected service and have that selected I just cannot see any options under server list as its blank?
