Cannot connect to AMP/TTnet data feed

Dear Sir, I used Sierra Chart to connect to AMP/TTnet data feed for the first time yesterday. I can connect yesterday and for 10 minutes today before it was automatically disconnected. I was unable to reconnect ever since then. I contacted AMP and they said that they can connect to the same data feed using Sierra Chart at their end. Appreciate if you can assist me on the above. Yes, AMP confirmed the IP address and port to be correct. Their tech support remote onto my PC to double check the setting is correct. Could there be other problem as to why I cannot connect to the data feed?

Therefore, clearly the issue is caused by a firewall on your side. Refer to help topic 1.2 here:
