Help with Sierra Chart program password

Hello good day. I'm writting because I need assistance regarding recovering or changing the password for my Sierra Chart program. To be clear the password I'm referring to is the one that its used to access the actual trading program. I need to do a hard reset on my computer and can't remember the password I used for the program, so how do I reset the password and how do I change it. Thanks in advance for your response.
