VPOC's arent accurate on ES Daily

Hello, I believe the daily vpoc's I have drawn on my daily ES chart are not accurate. Pretty much every single bar, the vpoc is drawn either around the middle or at the very top of the bar. And I have gone to hourly charts to see the vpoc for the whole day, they do not line up. Is there a reason for this? How can I fix it? That study used is "volume point of control for bars." I have attached a chart example.
