Issue with Ntfy App Notifications on iPhone

I am using the Ntfy app on my iPhone to receive price alerts, which previously worked well via Telegram. I followed your instructions and can see the notifications within the app, but they only appear when I manually refresh. Unfortunately, the app does not push any notifications to my phone, even though I have enabled notifications in the iPhone settings for Ntfy.

The purpose of alerts is to receive them automatically, but this setup is ineffective since I cannot keep the app open and refresh constantly. Could you investigate this issue? Additionally, is there any way to reintegrate Telegram for alerts?

I am also having the same issue with my iPhone. It is taking a manual refresh to get the notification. Wondering if there's anything I need to change.
