Problem with orders

Hi,

I am having issue with orders.

My broker is AMP Furfures, and I already checked everything with them, and guided me to contact Sierra chart support.

I am receiving this message and I am not able to place a trade:

2025-03-13 10:32:20.966 | Trade Order Error - Selected Time in Force is not supported. Internal Order ID: 14079. Service Order ID: (none). Symbol: F.US.MESH25. Account: 180143 *

My CQG and AMP are already setup, and the problem is not from their part.

Please could you help me resolve the issue?

As the Message states, you are using a "Time In Force" that is not supported by the exchange.

The safest options are "Day" or "Good Till Cancelled". If you want to use something else, then you would need to check with the exchange if it is supported (or try and see if you get the error you are).

Keep in mind there are two places to set the "Time in Force", one for the main (parent) order and one for the attached orders. Refer to the following:
Basic Trading and the Trade Window: Main >> TimeInForce (Time in Force):
