DOM size scale changes when changing symbol from symbol list

My DOM size scale changes when changing symbol from symbol list. See the attached pic. The circled area is what changes from my set 19 down to the 13.75. Is their a way for the system to stop doing this. It is very annoying to constantly have to change the settings every time I change symbols.
Thanks

Is this on a Trading DOM or a chart?

I had a similar problem.
Check if your DOM has a linking number activated.
And check if there is any other chart in your chartbook with the same link number as your DOM, with the "vertical scale" link activated.

I do have the DOM also linked to many charts with different constant range scale sittings. Non of the linking settings are set to the 13.75 setting it reverts back to when changing the symbol. How can I solve the problem? The charts are all linked to the DOM. I have the DOM linked to the same L1 group.
thanks

Is the "Vertical Scale" part of the enabled linking options?

I have not and do not know how to set it different from the linking option. I just went into the quote board and selected it to set linking chart and chose the DOM.

For that Trading DOM, select "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Linking" and tell us if the option for "Vertical Scale" is set to "Yes" or "No".

Thanks.

So the scale is not being reset due to linking. That is what we wanted to make sure of.

We are waiting for some answers from Engineering related to this particular item, so you should get a response tonight or tomorrow.

No, this is automatically reset to ensure there is a proper Constant Range because symbols can have completely different price ranges:
Is their a way for the system to stop doing this.

When the symbol changes from the NQ to the MNQ, the prices and range are the same. The size of each row should not change when doing this? See attachment of each DOM. First the starting and the second showing much larger rows.
Please advise how to correct.

There is not a way to solve this. This is just how it is and for a very very good reason. If there is any changes to this, then there will be a new set of complaints, which we do not want. Those are considered different symbols.

Is there a way to set up scaling to avoid the size change?
