Hello, I have Service package 10 and denali feed data and today on my intraday chart i have data market open to 9:45 then it jumps till 2:30 EST and doesnt show me any data between then. This is pretty upsetting as this intrerupts my trading session due to the lack of proper data being displayed. I have restarted the program serveral times and it doesnt seem to fix the issue. On the backend of SC it says all my serives are active and i have money in the account for the next renewal. Is there something im missing or is it a trouble shoot issue? I look forward to a swift response in hopes to correcvt this asap. Thanks , Devon C. |

To download the missing data, follow the instructions at the following link: Historical Intraday Data (Missing Data / Download Errors / Viewing More Data): Retrying the Download When There is Data in the Chart As to why you are missing data, we do not know. What is the symbol of the chart where you had this issue? Also, was Sierra Chart not running during the time that the data is missing?
