Measuring distance between levels

Hello, I wondered if there is a tool to measure distance automatically (eg. pips in forex) between two horizontal levels on a chart. I'm thinking of something similar to Metatrader, where you hold down left mouse button while dragging from one level to the other. With thanks for any help you can give. |
