If you look at the "Status" column in the list of agreements for your account, it gives the reason for the rejection. In your case, you were missing the "Clearing Firm" in the "Uniform Subscriber Agreement" and due to this, you also needed to redo the "CME Non-Professional Certification". But we see that you have redone the agreements, and they have been accepted and you are tagged as a Non-Professional at this time.
