I have four charts active on the same instrument (NQH_FUT_CME[M]) they are as follows: 10 Sec; 1 Min; 1 Min Footprint; 5 Min. Of these four charts, three work perfectly well and one of time from time to time (seemingly randomly) stops printing the indicators and candlesticks while all other charts remain perfectly in sync then after a period of time it will begin printing again. I rely on a multi-time frame approach and this has caused me some losses. I would like to know how to fix this issue and have uploaded a video for your reference. Thy system is using minimal CPU and GPU resources.. under 4-5% so it is not hardware issue. Thanks |

Are these all within the same installation of Sierra Chart, or are they different installations?

The main item to check is the "Chart Update Interval" to see if this chart is set to a higher refresh rate than the other charts. It is also possible that the chart in question just has more studies on it that are taking longer to calculate. Other things to check are called out in the following documentation: Intraday Chart or Chart Bars Not Updating | Blank Intraday Chart | "Currently no data to display" message for Intraday Chart For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
