The times shown are CST (Chicago) and this happened for NQ. Order was from ACSIL order entry, shows status as "Error" on the "Trade Orders Window" but the price is right, 19421.00. However, the message in the "Trade Service Log" shows a very large range 1942100.00 - 1943550.00. This is an exchange rejection and the exchange shows the actual, native pricing which is correct. What you see for the pricing there is correct. You just need to multiply it by .01 when interpreting it. This error relates to pricing bands: Order Types: Order Rejected from Outside of Bands There is no issue here.
