You are on Package 10 (Integrated Basic). This package does not support the use of the Numbers Bars study (along with a few others). You need to be on one of the "Advanced" packages to be able to use these studies. For the love of god John, I've been specifically asking you since last week one question. "What do I need to get a footprint chart and a NQ bar chart?" That is all I wanted and I have repeatedly asked you to tell me exactly what I need and you absolutely refuse to give me a clear direct answer. Get your head out of your ass. You could have simply told me that last week and issue resolved. This was just a simple question that you made incredibly difficult.

You still didn't answer the question. Your answer, that I need to be on one of the more advanced packages, does not tell me what package I need to be on. Why can't you just tell me exactly what I need to do instead of referring me to a 600-page manual that I have no interest in reading. I know that you know what I want. I've asked you multiple times. Simple question. I need a NQ footprint chart and bar chart what is the cheapest package? Could you please just answer that question? The answer should sound something like, Joe you need package 17. This is the reason I stopped using Sierra. The support absolutely sucks.
