Teton Price Discrepancies CME NQ

Hi,

On CME NQ, running on real-time 3 different accounts, getting 3 different prices on the same bar. Started in the past few minutes.

Could you please advise how to fix?

What do you mean by 3 different accounts? Are these three different installations of Sierra Chart? Are they all in the same location?

Are all three using the Denali Exchange Data Feed?

Yes, 3 installations on the same machine, each in its own directory.

Yes, all three are on Teton Denali Exchange Data feed, but each routes trades to a different FCM.

At around 10:35EST there was a significant, more than 10 handle, bar difference in price displays. Looked like some sort of delay or lag, where the 5 minute bar in each machine was different than the 5 minute bar in the other machines.

Normally all 3 installations show the same price and same 5 minute bar.

Please find attached a screenshot of the IP addresses of the connections.

Rebooted the machine with the biggest price difference and that seemed to resolve. Is there anything further that needs to be done?

You state that "3 installations on the same machine", but then give multiple IP addresses and further state that you "Rebooted the machine with the biggest price difference".

If these are actual installations on different computers, and you are only setup to get the Denali Exchange Data Feed to one computer at a time, therefore the other computers would NOT be getting the data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, but from some other data feed.

Sorry if I was not clear.

As you know I have 3 FCM accounts. Each installation is connects to a trading account via Teton. Each installation is in its own directory. All connections are on the same pc.

This price action delay and discrepancy between installations has not occurred before.

The IP addresses are the screenshot from the same machine via Windows > Task Manager > Performance > Open Resources Monitor > Network. It appears that each installation establishes its own connection and would explain the multiple IP addresses. In this case there appears 3 data connections and 3 order routing connections. All are on the same pc.

I included it so that you may perhaps troubleshoot why the prices lagged or were different at that time? 2 of the connections are going to the same node, (67.214....) but 1 is connecting to a different node (64.152....). Thought it may be notable, as it was the only thing I could find different before contacting you, as they are all trading the same instrument. Nothing has changed in the installations and the chartbooks/studies are all the same except for whom the installation routes to.

There was an issue with the data around 2025-03-11 14:38 UTC time. If that is the time of the issue you had, then it has cleared up and you should not be having an issue any longer.
