I am experiencing an issue where my chart is only showing data up to February 7th. I've checked the chart settings, but I haven't been able to resolve the issue.

I Tried also with:

- right click --> delete and download data
- check that the future is the current

Also the payment of the data feed are ok

Thank you for your assistance.

Best regards

You probably are not using the right symbol. Refer to:
Data/Trading Service Connection and Symbol Issues: 1.3. Symbols

If you are using the right symbol, then we need to see the log:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:

Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Close all of the Chartbooks with "File >> Close All Chartbooks".

Open a single chart for the symbol you have an issue with through "File >> Find Symbol". Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 60 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

We will then determine what the problem is.
