Trade Window issue

Hello,

Please help. When i go the the Trade window on the right side of the chart and i press the arrow on the right thats at the top of the window, above the "Main|Targets|Set|C|A" area, it opens a blank section, the backround it's white with no information on it. I thought it might be happening because i need to login with broker credentials, but when i first bought your data service, it worked. But suddenly it seems there is no information shown in that section anymore.

Does SC needs an update on my side? What might be the reason? Please help.

That just means that you do not have any saved Trade Configuration files. These are in the "Data" folder under your main Sierra Chart installation folder with the extension of .twconfig.

If you think you should have some, then see if your Anti-Virus software is removing them for some reason.
