Good evening,

To start and honestly, I don't know what to do to get some help from Sierra, I'm very desapontead with you guys...
I send a lot of message, and instead of helping my, they pass from each other the problem.

I'm having big issues to close my open positions because it doesn't work, I flatten, I cancel , and I'm geting the same error message and nothing happend, they are not closing, because of that since yesterday then I send my messages I have lost all my "money" from my Phidias account I just approuved yesterday, I'm very mad with you honestly, when I first send my messages at 00:35:08 UTC the 2025-03-06, until now I passed from 9145,75 C to -35000 C more or less, I believe you can understand my frustration, just because you are not been reactif to my messages. I want you to check what is happening, and the reason I cannot close my positions and also closed them for me, so I can use my account. I also want you to give me back my more than 9000 C, because the problem is yours and not mine... It is not my falt. I'm waiting for your anserw please.

I'm sending you files with the amount, and also the error message I'm getting since...

To begin with, if you are having a problem closing out a position in Sierra Chart, then you need to call your broker (or Prop Firm in this case) and have them take care of it for you.

As to what occurred, the log you show in Photo 2 gives the information - Rithmic is giving you an error and stating that "Order can be placed by Administrators only". You need to ask your Prop Firm, or Rithmic what this means and why.
