I do not have an active subscription. I am trading on Interactive Brokers and have an active account there. I would like to use Sierra to trade Rithmic funded accounts. I would like to have footprint charts and a Depth of market for ES and NQ only. What exactly do I need to do to get this activated. I do not know exactly what services I need. In the past I had made a mistake and activated to many services and was getting charged more than I needed to. I would like it clearly spelled out to me so that I can pay for the correct services and only them services.

Thanks

Joe

To start with, you need to be on either the "Integrated Advanced" or "Integrated Advanced with MBO" package. The only difference in these packages is whether you can view the MBO data, for which you also need to get the data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. Refer to the following:
Description of Service Packages and Pricing: Integrated Packages

If you are wanting to trade your Interactive Brokers account along with the Prop Firm accounts, then you will need to install at least a second installation of Sierra Chart. One that stays connected to Interactive Brokers and one for your Prop Firm (Rithmic) account. Refer to the following for how to install a second Sierra Chart:
Using Multiple Data and Trading Services at the Same Time: Step-By-Step Instructions to Install Multiple Copies of Sierra Chart

Refer to the following for how to connect to Rithmic:
Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions

If you are going to use the data from Interactive Brokers and Rithmic, then you are done at this point.

--

If you want to get data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, then you would need to set this up. For the CME Group, you need to follow the instructions at the following link:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges*

In order to qualify for the non-professional exchange fees for the CME Group data, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account. Your Interactive Brokers account works for this. So as long as you have that Interactive Brokers account and connect to it at least once a month, you will be fine.

Also, the exchanges do have requirements on how many computers can access the data. With regards to installing a second Sierra Chart, as long as this is on the same computer, then this is not a problem for the exchanges - you can have up to 3 separate installations on a single computer each receiving data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. If, however, you install on a second computer, then you would have to pay a second set of exchange fees. Refer to the following:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: Connections

Thank you. You gave me a lot of options. Can you tell me exactly what I need, to get to see a footprint chart on Rithmic data? Specifically, I want to log into my Apex funded account and see a 5 minute footprint chart on NQ. Can you just simplify this and tell me exactly what I need to get to make this happen. For example- Joe you need to purchase X,Y and Z and this is the cheapest most efficient way you can trade Rithmic with Siera Charts. Keeping in mind I have a funded Interactive Brokers account.

I don't care where it comes from to be honest. It obviously needs to be live and have the data for a footprint chart on NQ. I do have a funded account with Interactive Brokers. (I mention that because I believe I need to be funded somewhere to have live data) The cheapest way to accomplish that would be what I wanted.

Cheapest option is to use the data from Rithmic. Best option is to use the data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. In particular, there is a lack of historical data with Rithmic. So if you like to have charts with long time frames (more than a week) you should use our Denali Exchange Data Feed.

For us to give you explicit instructions, we need to know which data you want to use.

No not really. I can use their platform for that. Unless there is a benefit to linking it with Sierra.

The package you are currently on (Integrated Advanced) is the best option to be able to use the Numbers Bars and connect to data and trading services. So you do not need to make any changes to this.

Since you are not going to trade with Interactive Brokers from Sierra Chart, you do not need any additional installations, so you do not need to do anything in this respect. But you will need to connect your Sierra Chart software to your Interactive Brokers account at least once a month for verification of your Non-Professional status with the CME Group. Your "Verified Until" date is showing as "20205-04-05", so you will need to make the connection sometime close to, but prior to, April 5.

The first thing is to setup the Denali Exchange Data Feed for the CME Group data. To do this, follow the instructions at the following link:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges*

Once you have the data setup, then you can connect to your Rithmic account by following these instructions:
Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions

In order to connect to your live account once a month, follow these instructions:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: Connecting Only Once a Month to Trading Account to Support CME Group Exchange Fees

The actual instructions to connect to Interactive Brokers are here:

I have a question about the CME Group Data. There are several options.

1  Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for non-professional Trading account  39 USD / month.
Billed 100% in full for each month and for the month activated in. Non-refundable.
2  Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for non-professional Trading accounts  6 USD / month.
3  CME non-professional top-of-book    2 USD / month.
4  CME with Market Depth for non-professional Trading accounts 13 USD / month

Do I need market depth to view a footprint chart? If I do could I choose options two and four and pay $19 a month? It appears that options two and four are providing everything option one is providing but for about half the cost. That is just a little confusing. I forget what top of book is. Is that the DOM? Or maybe I have top of book and Market Depth confused.
I just want a footprint chart and a NQ chart. Whatever ever it takes to get that done. Can you just tell me please?

Then activate the "CME Non-Professional Top-of-Book" for $2.00 per month. You do not need the Market Depth for the Numbers Bars.

My charts are all frozen. I got a message to renew my subscription. So I did and nothing is loading. I do not have the time or patience to be screwing with this thing. I remember why I left Sierra Charts now. It is so goddamn annoying. Can you resolve this please.

We only refund Usage Time in whole month (31 day) increments. Right now, you have 19 days of Usage Time remaining, so we can not refund this. Nor can we refund exchange fees, as these are paid to the exchanges themselves, and they do not give refunds.

You do have $26.00 in your "Services Surplus" with us, which we can refund, less a $5.00 processing fee. Please verify that you want us to refund this back to your payment method.
