hello there... I'm getting this error message since logging into my CQG to trade live. There are two message one on top of the other. One is clickable but it didn't work. The top message said Symbol is invalid during subscribe to symbol Dom "click for symbol information" The second message said Download Failed Error downloading historical intraday data for ESH25-CME The symbol is unknown to the server. I wasn't able to find a symbol. When I clicked on the sym button it was just blank. I couldn't figure it out. Will you please instruct me in how to find it. Thank you! |

From what you state, the issue is that you have the wrong symbol for CQG for your chart. Select "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service" to resolve this.
