Hi. I don't have any real time data since today. I only use CME and it shows as activated in account control panel. Could you kindly check please? Tried downgrading from version 2744 to 2737, but issue persists. We need to see your Message Log by following these instructions: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Close all of the Chartbooks with "File >> Close All Chartbooks". Open a single chart for the symbol you have an issue with through "File >> Find Symbol". Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". I also had this issue w/ the same feed and symbol. It seems it suddenly resolved and historical data downloaded when I opened file >> find symbol. Odd!
