I was able to receive data for TSLA and then yesterday noticed it was no longer available. I also saw this message: Service client does not support market data subscriptions. Click for symbol information. I clicked on the notification and now I no longer see the message but there is still no data. I believe I'm up to date with my data subscriptions. I also see that SPY and QQQ on the footprint have gaps in the 10 sec bars and I'm wondering if I'm not getting all available data for those bars as well since those instruments are so liquid I would expect gaps to be rare. How can I be sure I am receiving all the data for equities?
I've attached 2 screenshots.
I took the TSLA screenshot at 10:15AM EST. The data only loads until just before the open and then no longer updates.
The SPY screenshot shows gaps on a 10 second footprint.

Should I only be using TSLA-NQTV? I do see that data live. I'd like to see the data from every exchange for equities. Should I always be using TickerName-NQTV as a rule of thumb?

I'd prefer to be able to keep the custom settings because I'm using the Numbers Bars and when I switch from a high ATR to a low ATR ticker - it's time consuming to have to update the tick size.

The custom symbol settings are causing an issue because they are not correctly configured.

Should I only be using TSLA-NQTV
Since you are not paying the NASDAQ TotalView exchange fee, these symbols will be delayed.

I want to be sure I'm looking at the most comprehensive equities data. Do I need both the consolidated tape and totalview to achieve this?

The US equities Consolidated Tape Data Data Feed delivers the most comprehensive data. NASDAQ TotalView is used if you want market depth data.
