TPO chart stopped working

Yesterday I changed to service pack 11 to 10 and tpo charts worked the rest of the day. My understanding of the documentation is that sp 10 has tpo functionality. Did I misunderstand the documentation? How do I get the tpo charts back? |

Apparently you misunderstood the documentation. TPO charts (along with a few other items) are only available with the Advanced packages.
