Hey Sierra My account is fully funded with edgeclear. i have a 2nd rithmic log in for Sierra charts that is connected. i have activated Eurex data previously so i have live eurex data but i dont have any CME bundle Data. it is my understanding that i dont need to pay for the data again within Sierra, as i am paying for it twice with edgeclear. once for each of my 2 log ins. please can you clairfy how i setup CME and Eurex data within Sierra without paying again. when i go to activate CME with Market depth it looks like i will be billed a 3rd time. Thank you |

If you are setup to get data from Rithmic, then you can use that data. First, make sure you are on the most recent update. Follow these instructions to update if you need to: Software Download: Fast Update Then, if you have not already done so, connect to your Rithmic account using the following instructions: Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions You will then be getting Rithmic data for everything except for EUREX. The EUREX data will be coming from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. Do keep in mind that there is a lack of historical data available with Rithmic.
