Since you had not used any of the time from the purchased package, we were able to refund this back to your Services Surplus. We have also set your account to not renew. At this time, you have 16 days of Usage Time remaining. After March 19, 2025, your account will automatically be put in an expired state. There is nothing further you need to do in this regard if this is what you want.

If you want us to refund the Services Surplus balance back to your payment method, then please post in the Account Support Tickets at the following link to make this request. Keep in mind there is a $5.00 processing fee for payment refunds.
