PnL errors and order fill issues

Hi,
I'm currently trading out of a trading evaluator account. A few weeks ago, I started to have some issues with pnl showing up incorrectly (by a wide margin) on my chart trade window but it was accurate in the account monitor window and positions window so I didn't think much of it. Today however, my account monitor window pnl froze, as did the position window. I then was unable to move my stop loss, it would just sat order pending and then revert to where it was before. I then tried to enter some market orders in a different market, those orders didn't fill but showed up on the chart as bright green lines, appearing the same as limit orders that hadn't yet been filled but when I went to cancel these orders, they wouldn't cancel for at least a few minutes. After a while I decided to reboot Sierra only to see that those market orders did in fact fill. I got insanely lucky here with the timing, would have certainly lost the account if I didn't check when I did. The fills also didn't show up on the chart and when I closed the position (it was a long position), the orders showed up as me opening and closing a short position instantaneously and were linked to a trade from two different previous sessions.

I obviously don't feel comfortable putting risk on in this account until the issue is rectified. Please advise how to proceed. I have contacted the company I'm in the evaluation with and they've confirmed they haven't had any similar issues reported on their end.
Thanks

Trading evaluator, yes. For reference, just entered a trade short in GC and the order fills on the chart say I've exited the short position instantaneously and that my pnl is +584 for doing so but the trade position window shows that I have a position on and displays the correct pnl. Have uploaded a screenshot to show what's going on

To solve this, refer to:

Also refer to:

This is going to be related to a temporary connectivity issue you had to the server:
