Hello, I am currently on a free trial of Sierra Chart, and I would like to activate the 14-day free trial of the Denali Data Feed for CME markets. Please let me know if any additional steps are required. Thank you.

In order to get the CME Data, even for the free trial of the data, you need to meet all the requirements to be able to get the CME Group data. These include the following: - Being on an "Integrated" package. Refer to the following: Description of Service Packages and Pricing: Integrated Packages Sierra Chart Purchase and License Information: Instructions - Having a live, funded, futures trading account to qualify as a non-professional. And connecting your Sierra Chart software to that account at least once a month for verification. Refer to the following: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges -- Once you have the above worked out, then you can setup the data for the CME Group. Just be aware that the free trial is not for 14 days - it is for the remainder of the month in which you activate your first exchange. For instance, if you activate a CME Group exchange today (February 24, 2025) then you will get the free data for the remainder of February, and then have to pay the exchange fee on March 1, 2025, in order to get the data for March. If you wait until March 1, 2025 to activate your first exchange, then you will get the data for free for the full month of March and then make your first payment for the exchange fee on April 1, 2025.
