Hi, I am now following and trying to learn from some mentors who appear to be using Trading View and other platforms. Their daily/weekly levels are quite different than I can get in Sierra. I've tried Historical Daily (left Sierra chart) and intraday daily turning off overnight (right most chart) and they just never look like the other platform. It's my belief true RTH charts are 9:30am EST to 16:15:00, curious what the historical chart's times are as they always look different than RTH ones and both look different than other trading software's. I can never get my levels to look like theirs. Any suggestions? |

Refer to the following for the information on Historical Chart Bars, particularly the first and second section on the page: Historical Chart Prices You would need to understand how the other systems are determining their daily data and if you need custom session times, then you would need to force the system to use Intraday data in order to build the daily (or higher timeframe) bars. To do this, you need to set the "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Data Limiting >> Chart Data Type" to "Intraday Chart Only". Refer to the following: Chart Settings: Chart Data Type (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Data Limiting >> Date Range and Limiting Method menu) But keep in mind, there are many different ways for the data to be different, so you should never expect to see an exact match. Not to mention differences in the data feeds themselves. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing Date Time Of Last Edit: 2025-02-19 22:57:47
