Hello,

My historical charts stopped updating on the 14th. Going to Window...Current Quote Window, and there is no Last Price, Bid, Ask, etc. I've gone through the steps in Section 6 with no luck. Intraday chats are working fine and are up to date (I"m on Denali Data Feed). Ideas?

One thing we need to point out is that you are connecting to the "Teton CME Routing" service, but you are on the "Base Standard" package. With the "Base" packages you cannot connect to data and/or trading services, including the "Teton CME Routing" and our Denali data.
