Hi All,

Anyone else experiencing order timeouts this morning? I missed two trades due to timeout, and I can't understand why from the error log. I did not list my account number below, but am positive it was not my sim account. I will add that I'm using the Teton service, so i don't think it should be an interface issue with another platform.

2025-02-12 06:59:38.971 | Trade Order Error - Order timed-out waiting for response from service/exchange server. Internal Order ID: 5294. Service Order ID: (none). Symbol: MESH25_FUT_CME.

Update: reconnecting to the datafeed allowed me to place limit and market orders successfully in live account again. Is there anything else i should double check to make sure i don't have a deeper issue?

Most likely this is due to a network connectivity issue.

Thanks for the response. If you mean network connectivity on my end, I considered that initially, but what made me second guess is that the orders took place 15 min apart, and my other apps did not experience any disconnection at that time either.

Sounds like you also know of no known Teton order routing issues this morning, so that's helpful too.

No, that would not be possible for there to have been a problem like this:
Sounds like you also know of no known Teton order routing issues this morning,

The error message we see you gave above, indicates a network connectivity issue.
