The Rithmic data (all Topstep servers) are disconnected for me since a couple of days ago. Please see the screenshot

You have to upgrade to 2737 or higher and you will see that the Rithmic connection is back

This is definitely not the issue they are having. Most likely they are getting a permission denied error:
