URGENT: Bursa Malaysia data via CQG

I trade Bursa Malaysia every day. Today I get not data. According to my broker and CQG, Sierra Chart had access removed by the exchange on the weekend since Sierra Chart did not sign an agreement with the exchange. Does any of this make sense? See image for error. I trade Bursa everyday. Now I can't, something has changed.

This is a profitable exchange for me, I need to trade it.

Well that might make sense, but we never got any notice from CQG to sign an agreement. In some cases that is true like in the case of ICE but we always go through whatever we need to and sign agreements. We will contact CQG about this, this evening. It is CQG who did not contact us about this in advance.

We gave CQG your name, and they say they do not show you as a customer. So at this point, contact your broker. CQG knows nothing about this issue with Bursa Malaysia. So whatever information you are getting is not accurate.

Thank you for calling them. I have an account with CQG and trade several Asian markets with them.

I will revert to my broker, but they keep saying Sierra doesn't have an agreement with the exchange.

The only CQG data to stop is Bursa Malaysia. I still get data into Sierra for other CQG exchanges.

We apologize for not following up sooner. CQG did tell us this has been resolved. CQG said the the FCM did not have the record configured correctly.

Reconnect with File >> Reconnect and you should now have access.

Thank you, I believe problem is resolved. It is an exchange holiday today so no live data, but I am able to connect and download yesterday's missed session

Any CQG username, should have access to this exchange. Contact your broker for help with this. If they need help from CQG they need to ask CQG.
