Trade number chart how to make it start with the new day

Hi! I have a Number of trades per bar chart. On the attached screenshot you can see that the bar that I'm pointing to is registered as previous day (as it started forming on the previous trading day), but then it finished in the next day. How can I make it so that the bar from they day before is closed regardless if the required number of trades has been done? In other words I want the count to reset at the beginning of each new day. Thank you in advance! |

Make sure your Session Times are set as you want them to define your "day" and then make sure the option for "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Session Times >> New Bar At Session Start" is set to "Yes". Is there some global settings that might override this setting? I already had it set to "yes". Switching from "yes" to "no" doesn't change the chart, so I'm thinking if there is something overriding this? |

Oh, I get it. It's session time so RTH and the evening/morning session times. Is it possible to reset it at the beginning of the day? so 5PM when the evening session starts after the 1h break - that's when the new bar is formed. The option for "New Bar At Session Start" applies to both RTH and ETH. So if you only want it to occur at one of the times, you would need to change your Session Times such that the Start Time and End Time cover the full trading hours you want in the chart and not use the Evening Session.
