I am writing to inquire about an issue with my VWAP. When I change the trading pair on VWAP quarterly. It’s start in January 27th, instead of January 1st, this changes the shape of its curve and I have a problem with this error. The same problem happened to me last month with my VWAP monthly and weekly and quarterly. Knowing that I use the latest version of your program and a free trial account, I don't expect the free trial is the cause of this VWAP bug ,And I want to work with the right vwap that's free of these problems. |

Do you have data in the chart going back to January 1, 2025? If so, then what is the "Time Period Type" and "Time Period Length" for the VWAP study set to?

No i don’t have any data in the chart going back to 1 January 2025 I have false data , it is not correct and i want to resolve it Even when I do copy drawing, this problem happens to me. I tried to delete all data and download it again and this problem was solved because it started downloading the data almost from mid-August 2024, but when I exit the program and put save all and re-enter again I find that the problem has returned and the data I downloaded disappeared and the vwap starts from January 28, 2025 only and the data becomes wrong I want to solve this problem, please. I also tried to erase the program completely from my computer and redownload it again, but I still have the same problem. |
