Hi there. Is there any information regarding adding the new Gold contract please, 1 0z gold? https://www.cmegroup.com/markets/metals/precious/1-ounce-gold.html I can't find that symbol in Sierra Charts, checked, File > Find symbol, doesnt show it. Can't see it in Global Settings > Symbol Settings. I have 'Updated from server' and this didn't change the results. Im not comfortable duplicating an existing symbol (MGC for example) and simply changing the symbol settings when I am not fully aware of all the technical details of either contracts. (Chat GPT's Suggestion) I am on package 11. At the moment I am on Trading Evaluator - Delayed feed if it matters (Other Gold contracts are working though) Thank you for any help. Adam |

I understand that Sierra Chart encourages users to refer to the documentation, and I have done so. However, this specific issue is not clearly addressed. I simply need confirmation on whether the 1 oz Gold contract is currently supported, or if it requires manual configuration. If the latter, I’d appreciate guidance on the correct approach. If the best course of action is to contact CME directly for the necessary parameters, that’s absolutely fine—I just need to know so I can avoid unnecessary delays. A response today would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. |
