You have disabled the activated exchange and are not allowing re-activating it. Whatever reason was used to flag account as professional is incorrect. Globex has opened with a VOLATILE open and markets are moving NOW. Disabling realtime data without notice or communication and blocking re-activating it is NOT a reliable way to manage risk.
