TPO not supported with my package

Hi Sierra Chart team, When i load a new chartbook with tpo the message comes that tpo is not supported with my package. as far as I know I have service package 5 advanced wich says tpo is included. Can you please help me resolve this issue. thank you in advance. |

You are currently on Package 10 (Integrated Standard). This package does not support the use of the TPO study. Hello Reference the TPO study; I'm getting the message that my service plan doesn't support TPO. I have service plan 10; the description of the services provided is copied from your pricing page and pasted below. What is the TPO Chart study it refers to? Can you please explain to me why you say service plan 10 includes the TPO study and I'm not allowed access? You are copying the information for the "Integrated Advanced" package (package 11). The documentation for the "Integrated Standard" package states the following: The Integrated Standard Sierra Chart Service Package includes external connectivity along with all functionality of the software except what is listed in the Integrated Sierra Chart with Advanced Features section and the Market by Order data.
