If you are looking to get data for the QO symbol traded on the COMEX exchange (E-Mini Gold) then you need to use the correct symbol for the service you are connected to. "QO" by itself is not the correct symbol. Use the "File >> Find Symbol" window to find the symbol you want and properly open a chart for it. Or, if you are changing an existing chart, then in the "Symbol" field select the "Select" button to bring up the "Find Symbol" window and find the appropriate symbol in there. Thanks John but unfortunately choosing from the symbol list doesnt appear to work. Ive recorded this 60 explainer to see what I am experiencing https://www.loom.com/share/e4c1603978a14ab8a0677ba2e232f35e?sid=af2773d9-f5de-4079-ab9e-90ffa17a1c3b Thanks alot |

We have no idea why you are showing data for "ES" or "CL". That does not make any sense at all. The correct symbols are the other ones you selected, like "ESH5.CME". As to why you are not getting the data for ESH5.CME, we can tell you one thing for certain - you have not properly setup the data for the CME Group from our Denali Exchange Data Feed and you have not connected to your live, funded, futures, trading account in order to qualify as a non-professional. Refer to the following for more on this requirement: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges We can tell that you have not connected, as your "Verified Until" date is showing as "0000-00-00". This date will change to 30 days in the future when you make a proper connection. You can view this date at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges If you want to get your data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, then you need to have that live, funded, futures trading account. Once you have that worked out, then follow the instructions at the following link to setup the data: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* With version 2727 and higher, we no longer have connectivity with Rithmic for their data. We highly recommend setting up the Denali data as specified above. But if you want to get data from Rithmic, then you will need to ensure that you are on version 2726 (or lower). Follow these instructions to downgrade if you need to (we recommend downgrading to version 2726): Software Download: Full Control Rollback Procedure For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
