Everything on our end is fine. We see the data flowing with no issues. Keep in mind, the symbol you should be entering is "SPY-NQTV" (no quotes), since you have the NASDAQ TotalView exchange active. If you are entering just "SPY" (no quotes) then you will get the delayed streaming data from our U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape. You should not be entering the symbol as "$SPY" (no quotes). The platform has reloaded data starting from the beginning of the day and now it works fine. Of course I'm using the -NQTV suffix. |
