Hello, I would need some clarification. I have subscribed to package 11 which is supposed to include the real-time Denali Exchange Data Feed. When searching for symbols I notice that the Futures on the CME are not real-time, I am getting them delayed. Other data are provided in real time. I would need to receive CME and Forex in real time. This is definitely my mistake. Where should I take action? What should I subscribe further? I thank you in advance. Best regards. Fabrizio Celesti. |

This is not correct. The "Integrated" exchanges (Package 11 is the "Integrated Advanced" package) include the ability to get the real-time data and to connect to trading services. But to get the real-time data for the CME Group (along with other exchanges that make up the Denali Exchange Data Feed) you need to setup and activate and pay for the exchange(s). We have been very careful about the wording we use throughout our website related to this. If you can please let us know what statement lead you to believe that Package 11, then we can update that item to make sure it is clear about this. What should I subscribe further?
FOREX data is included for free with any package, so there is nothing you need to do for this. For the CME Group, the first thing you need to understand is that you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account in order to quality for the non-professional exchange fees. We have this "misunderstanding" occur quite often, which is why we want to ensure that if there is something in the documentation, that we get it corrected. If you can point us to the section that lead you to that belief, it would help us.

Hello, I am asked for an opinion, and I try to write my thoughts succinctly. As for the software that forms the platform structure, Sierra Chart has unsurpassed potential. But you must really want this product. You have to be able to manage it, it is certainly not a tool that you can entrust to just anyone, it is extremely articulate and complex in its essence and that is precisely its added value. It is a product for professionals who have great experience and familiarity with financial markets and derivative products. To take advantage of the potential of this “creation” one must really study and study a lot. Regarding the interpretations that can create misunderstandings I think it is due to the language, I mean English does not belong to everyone, very often a good translator is needed and being complex the product, it also becomes complex to enjoy the explanations about it. I believe that there are no mistakes, a lot of good intention is needed. I must also recognize that the packages are endless and the pricing is extremely articulated, this is a limitation but it does not involve those who produce the software, it belongs to the software itself.
