I copy my Topstep EF account to 4x combine accounts using lots 3 x 5 multiplier (each acc trades 15 micros)

Often there are orders being not cancelled automatically after profit is banked and position is FLAT. I always hit CANCELL ALL to remove as soon as I see orders leftovers

I keep trade orders windows still open to watch this

Is this a Rithmic issue?

What do you think SC team?

The "Pending Cancel" is definitely a Rithmic issue. It means that Sierra Chart has sent the order to cancel, but the system has not received the verification back from the trading service that it has been done.

it almost seems like Rithmic does not return the order cancelled status OK properly once I become FLAT. I will try to compare with Rithmic Trader Pro next time when this happens to see whether all remaining orders were cancelled properly on their side

Trade Servce log for accounts that needed cancel manually says it i guess

I see your point. But Rithmic hosts all the prop firms and traders need them ..
Looking at the board thread history I see this to be repetitive issue. Rithmic could do something about it. They don't care?

Good news is I watched today Rithmic platform as well and orders are being cancelled on the Rithmic side. SC just cannot get the final info about it to remove them
