Re-downloading missing trade activity does not restore TransDateTime

Hello, I accidentally deleted some trade activity and followed the instructions for re-downloading the missing activity upon the next reconnect. The trade activity has been restored and shows in the TAL, but the Account and Period stats are empty. I believe this is occurring b/c the missing fills that were downloaded are all missing the TransDateTime column.

I would like the TAL to show me accurate Account and Period stats for the restored trade activity. Thank you!

I took a closer look and it's also missing OrderType, Filled Quantity, Exchange Order ID, Client Order ID. This is with Rithmic data connection.

We are surprised you were able to get anything from Rithmic. Typically they do not keep the order fills for very long.

You would need to edit those entries to enter the appropriate information for them. Select one of the order fills and select "Edit >> Edit Trade Activity Entry". Refer to the following:

Which fields are required for the stats to calculate correctly?

Are these not being picked up correctly by Sierra? Or is Rithmic not returning the data?

Given that timestamp, direction, and entry exit price are all present, this is a Sierra issue.

External journals have no issue calculating the stats feom the available fields.
