hey I try to set up a trailing step stop that the stop will move to 1:2 ratio then 1:3 then 1:4 etc for example i set up in the target window stop off set 10(pts) trigger off set 22 trail offset 2 step amount 10 so if the price go up by 22 pts and back 2 pts i get 1:2 if it didnt get back and countiued to 32 pts and then go back 2pts i get 1:3 now this works fine but if i place an order on the chart then i move my stop lets say to 12 pts, I want the trailing step stop will be modified automaticlly so i keep the same ratios is it possible? |

We are not understanding what you are wanting to accomplish. And we do not understand the statement about going "back 2 pts". With the setup you describe, when the price goes up 22 points, then your Trigger is met and the Stop will move to a 2 point offset from the current price. If the price goes back 2 points at this time, then the position will close out.
