Hello there. I have an active trading plan for my CME non-professional top-of-book. It’s package 11 and is set to two systems. Can I activate this plan and add COMEX non-professional top-of-book as well? According to these screenshots, would CME get canceled, and would I only have one COMEX active? I would like to have COMEX non-professional top-of-book alongside CME non-professional top-of-book simultaneously. Best, |

The "CME Non-Professional Top-of-Book" will not get cancelled unless you specifically deactivate it. This is true for all the exchanges. I would like to have COMEX non-professional top-of-book alongside CME non-professional top-of-book simultaneously.
Activate the "COMEX Non-Professional Top-of-Book" to make that exchange active along with any other exchanges that you are already have active. Note that the cost for the "COMEX Non-Professional Top-of-Book" is twice the standard rate since you have the option for "2 systems" selected. This option applies to all exchanges that you activate. Also, note that exchanges are not pro-rated, so if you activate an exchange today (January 28, 2025) you will pay the full price to get the data for the remaining time in January, and then you will pay again on February 1, 2025 to get the data for the month of February. Thank you for your detailed response. I have a follow-up question. I’m using CME Non-Professional Top-of-Book with two systems, and I’ve already paid for that. Can I configure Comex to be active on only one of the systems? In other words, I want the CME to be on two devices, but Comex to be active only on one of them. Is that possible? |

No. The Denali Exchange Data Feed is setup for 2 systems for you at the moment. As such, any exchange you activate will be for the 2 systems. There is no way to have one exchange for 2 systems and another exchange for only 1 system.
