Hello Sierra Charts! I just signed up with TopStep and my charts are loaded however my data is not live. I checked with Topstep and they assured me on their end i am turned on. They suggested i contact you folks. Can you see if this is a SC issue? Thank you

With version 2728 and higher, we do not have support for Rithmic data. Therefore, you would need to do one of the following: - Downgrade to version 2727 or lower to get the Rithmic data. We do not want to be supporting other data feeds and all of the associated burden, and creating confusion for ourselves and users and creating a poor impression of Sierra Chart. It is just simply out of the question. We do not care if we lose Rithmic related business over this. It is perfectly fine with us.
